Hands on pasta...
The educational farm is the part of an agricultural farm, where educational activities for children and teenagers are organised, in order to introduce them to situations and lifestyles, that are not part of everyday life anymore, and to give them an insight into an almost dead profession. The advantage of an educational farm is, that children can experience the typical work and lifestyle of farmers with their own eyes and thereby learn to value not only the work, but also the resulting products.
In addition to regularly organised visits of the bee laboratory, you can get to know the world of apiculture. Different landscapes are described where bees collect the pollen, the phases of honey production, and of course a honey tasting session, where you can taste the differences.
In other workrooms you get introduced to farming and livestock breeding traditions on the alpine plateau of Paganella, the beauty of the forest, and much more.
