Rates 2011-2012

The rates include


• bathroom with WC, shower cabin and hairdryer
• daily change of towels
• phone for internal communication
• free internet connection in the room
• mini-bar
• digital satellite TV with the most important national and European channels

• duvets with goose down filling; upon request we also provide anti-allergen duvets from synthetic fibre
• weekly change of bed linen
• daily cleaning of the rooms
• breakfast buffet from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. with selected and home-made products
• children's equipment upon request (high chair, bib, cutlery, cots, child seat for bicycle)
• mountain-bike
• ski and boot deposit

General information

Reception opening hours: 8.30 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. - 9 p.m.

We are pleased to accommodate your request for a specific room. Due to the limited number of rooms we can however not guarantee specific rooms. Possible damage of all types and volume will be charged separately at the discretion of the management.

Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready by 1 p.m.; on the day of departure the rooms have to be vacated by 10 a.m. In case of late arrival, early departure or unused beds, 80% of the agreed daily arrangement will be charged.

Deposit
Bookings are considered firm after receipt of a deposit of 25% of the agreed total. In case we do not receive a deposit we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. The deposit is payable by post or bank transfer.

If the cancellation occurs in the month prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded (art. 1358 and 1386 of the Civil Code).

Payment
Payment is due on the day prior to your departure. We accept cash, cheque, credit card and bank card payments.

Surcharge
For stays of less than 2 nights a surcharge of € 5.00 per person and day applies.
Surcharge for single use of a double room is 50%.

Reductions
Children from 0 - 3 years on extra bed: free
Cot and bed linen: free (upon request)
Children from 4-12 years on extra bed: reduction of 30%
Youths from 13-18 years on extra bed: reduction of 15%
Adults on extra bed: reduction of 15%

Agreements
We have agreements with some restaurants and pizzerias in the surroundings; please ask at the reception.
We are members of the Fai Vacanze Tourism Board. Our guests are therefore eligible to receive the "Happy Card" during the summer months. Furthermore, we have agreements with some wellness facilities in the surroundings; please ask at the reception.

Pets
Small pets allowed upon request; rate per day without food € 5.00 (upon request)

Prohibited
Smoking is prohibited in all communal areas and in the rooms.
