Reductions

Reductions for children in the room with their parents at a flat rate:
from 0 to 36 months: 90%
from 4 to 8 years: 45%
from 9 to 12 years 30%
From 13 years third and fourth bed reduction: 20% discount

Surcharge

For stays of less than 3days/2 nights a surcharge of € 10.00 per person and day applies.

Deposit

Deposit: The 20% deposit can be paid by bank transfer to AGREE NATURAL PAGANELLA SOCIETA 'SIMPLICE AGRICOLA - IBAN: IT12G0830401862000062351379 BIC Code: CCRTIT2T76A. Indicating the surname of the booker as the reason. Or by leaving your credit card details, filling out the form.
Balance: The balance is paid directly in the structure on the day of arrival. We accept payments in cash, check, credit card (no american express), debit card.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 14 days from the date of arrival.
In case of cancellation: within the cancellation terms: the amount of the deposit paid will be returned in full. Beyond the cancellation terms: the amount of the deposit will be transformed into a voucher that can be used within one year from the date of cancellation.
Late arrival, early departure: reserved days will be charged and booked in writing, as required by European legislation.

Pets

Your pets are welcome guests based on our availability of rooms suitable for the reception of animals.
We ask for an additional cost of € 10.00 per day.
The owners will be responsible for any damage.

Tourist tax

The local tax of 1,50 € will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis.
Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.

Arrival and Departure

Please state your time (at least approximate) arrival for check-in.
On the day of departure the rooms have to be vacated by 10 a.m.

Prohibited

Smoking is prohibited in all communal areas and in the rooms.
Remember to respect the hours of rest.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served by the operators for hot drinks and eggs. Everything else is available at the buffet. Please indicate any intolerances, allergies or special needs upon arrival at the structure, otherwise we do not guarantee to be able to accommodate them.
